Madden 19 loading screen crash black screen crash Xbox one S

hello, so my madden needed an uodqtee so it was updating until at 75% it stopped like it was completely downloaded i opened up the game it was o the loading screen black screen game and it redirected me to the menu when i was downloading madden it
did had problems for stopping the doenload or downlaoding was being paused and all that what can i do now?

Xbox One S crashes during loading of any game

Just bought the Xbox One S madden 18 bundle a few months ago (new), I usually only play fortnite & madden 18. Over the past few weeks, every once in awhile the game I would be playing would just crash unexpectedly (black screen) and send me back to the Xbox
Home screen. Now, I can't load any game (Fortnite & Madden). When I try and load the game, the game nearly finishes the initial load screen, then crashes back to the Xbox Home. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games... didn't work. My WiFi is also
functioning fine.

Any ideas?

 

Doesn't work on pc

every time I try to open it , I just get a black loading screen for a few seconds then it crashes

If above doesn't work, just cancel the update and try to install it again.

So it's common to have problems having the game launch if the download or installation is not complete.
