Madden 18 CHEATERS

I'm kinda confused how we pay money to play online and we are constantly getting cheated. I play madden 18 and there is 3 players [Mod Removed - Personal Information] who will play but as soon as u are up 1 point they pause the game until
u quit. I'm sitting on pause right now and have been for the last 25 minutes againt
[Mod Removed - Personal Information]. I have reported all of them numerous of times and also blocked them. How can u guys let this go on this is cheating to the fullest. I'm real close to stopping my online play and filing suit to be reimbursed
for the money I have gave xbox, I pay for 2 accounts. I have talked to xbox and all I get is we cant do nothing just keep reporting them. I have talked to a attorney already about this and he has told me to take pics of all my reports, record the problem when
its happening and write down how often it happens. I think I'm going to file a petition on change.org just to see how many people this has happened to.

They review all reports, sometimes it can take time. As you can appreciate, there are millions of gamers and probably millions of reports for cheating and other alleged violations. The team have to work through them in order of priority. Also if you make
reports that are not true, then any future report will get pushed down the list as being unreliable (not saying this is you) and investigated last.

The problem is that this is an action which hasn't been cracked down upon by the game publisher or developer (in this case EA), believe it or not those reports are all investigated, but last I heard there's no code of conduct violation for pausing a game.
I'll put it to you like this, as suspect as it may look if I'm playing Madden and I'm down by a point and the phone or my doorbell go, I will pause that game and answer, if that takes 30 seconds, we're gravy, if that takes 30 minutes, then the real life interaction
takes priority over a game interaction. The reality is that if you report someone for that action they could easily use that defence and you're basically up against a brick wall.

Reality is that you can also get in touch with EA and suggest that for Madden next year they implement a system whereby players pausing the game have X amount of time to get back to the game or they forfeit. Now I understand that EA are unlikely to listen
to one, but if an entire community gets involved they won't have much of a choice and well, that's something that could transfer to several of their titles such as FIFA or the NHL series.

So why do u guys remove there names? Everybody should be able to know who the cheaters are. That's fine if u guys want to remove there names I will just go to social media with it
