Discus and support Madden 17 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't get past the load screen in madden 17. I've deleted all save data and install of the game...power cycled.     Madden 17


    I can't get past the load screen in madden 17. I've deleted all save data and install of the game...power cycled. Tried the hard reset using the eject and power button with no avail, each time I get the black screen after the Madden 17 title screen. Can
    anyone help please.

    When did you pre-order Madden 17? The promotional codes are sent out 7-10 days following your pre-order. As an example, if you ordered a game on August 7, 2016 you should expect your code to arrive sometime between August 17-20, 2016.

    Sounds like you've done all of the right things on the Xbox console end, so it seems like it might be an EA game/server issue. Contact EA by going to
    help.ea.com/.../contact-us and then select Madden '17 from the list.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. It sounds like you've done some good troubleshooting steps already but just to check - have you already

    uninstalled     the game,
    power cycled    , and then reinstalled it to see if that resolves the issue? If that doesn't help, another step you could try is uninstalling the game and then

    factory restoring     your Xbox One console using the "keep my games and apps" option.

    Give those a shot and let us know if it works!

    If its a Hard copy of the game try quitting out of the game completely then taking the game out. When you insert it back into the dvd drive allow it to load itself.

    If its a Hard copy of the game try quitting out of the game completely then taking the game out. When you insert it back into the dvd drive allow it to load itself.
