    Madden 17 Freezing


    I have been trying to play Madden Franchise and every thing else seems to work fine, but when I get to the Season Goals Screen after each game, Madden freezes and the console does a hard restart on its own. I can't get back to the console's menu. I can't
    play a single game without it restarting my entire Xbox One.

    I have already purchased a new copy to see if that was the problem and I have done a factory restart and reinstalled the game, but nothing has worked.

    Please help.

    Hey MoV Swole -

    When did you pre-order Madden 17? The promotional codes are sent out 7-10 days following your pre-order. As an example, if you ordered a game on August 7, 2016 you should expect your code to arrive sometime between August 17-20, 2016.

    If its a Hard copy of the game try quitting out of the game completely then taking the game out. When you insert it back into the dvd drive allow it to load itself.

    Hey BSUbronco13 -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. It sounds like you've done some good troubleshooting steps already but just to check - have you already

    uninstalled     the game,
    power cycled    , and then reinstalled it to see if that resolves the issue? If that doesn't help, another step you could try is uninstalling the game and then

    factory restoring     your Xbox One console using the "keep my games and apps" option.

    Give those a shot and let us know if it works!

    Sounds like you've done all of the right things on the Xbox console end, so it seems like it might be an EA game/server issue. Contact EA by going to
    help.ea.com/.../contact-us and then select Madden '17 from the list.
