    Here's what you told us:

    I pre ordered madden 17 deluxe edition off of the Xbox one on August 7 and it was supposed to come with a free ea access code. It said in the description that I would receive it in my 'message center' in 7-10 days. It is now the tenth day and I still
    don't have my code. I was just wondering if I'd still have my code for th madden 17 ea access release date tomorrow.

    For a limited time pre-order Madden NFL 17 and receive a code for one month of EA Access**. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. This offer is available for a limited time only and you must redeem
    your EA Access code by September 9, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to generate or acquire advance codes. If you don't have your code by August 27, 2016, feel free to post a new thread.

    Are you inquiring about the Event Tickets and Pro Packs? If so, you will want to visit EA's

    What Packs to Expect in Your Madden 17 Edition     page. For further assistance on NFL in-game items such as this, please refer to the 'Related articles' at the bottom of that page. This content was not sent out via Xbox Live, so unfortunately we will not have
    any codes for that specific content.

    The only content we are able to assist with on this game is the EA Access code you should have received 7-10 days after pre-ordering the game. Did you receive that EA access code? If not, which day did you pre-order Madden 17?

    your EA Access code by September 9, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
    Unfortunately we are unable to obtain advance codes or generate new ones. If you do not receive your code by the 10th day following your pre-order, feel free to post a new thread so we can look into it.
