Madden 16 - XBL Membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature; Franchise Mode

Ok guys I had the same issue and took the following steps:

1. Delete saved game data from xbox one. Did not fix problem.

2.delete saved game data from everywhere. Did not fix problem started new save game data. No fix.

3.deleted entire game and any updates. Reinstalled/downloaded. Kept save data. Problem fixed.

In short. Uninstaller and delete game including updates. Keep your saved game data. Redownload and reinstall. This worked for me.

Just to bring this full circle, ... After my trial 48 hour Xbox gold membership expired, I decided to re-up with a 1 year membership ... and "magically", all game modes worked without issue.

Moral of the story, Trial Gold Membership keys seem to be limited with regards to in-game content.

48 hour trial codes only give limited access to online features. Also, trial codes are usually limited only to the games that they originally came with. If the code you used did not originally come with Madden 15 then odds are that you will not be able
to access those online features.

Well did you buy an gold membership or use a 14 day trial? Because you are Currently a free account if this js the account in question

If you used a trial its simple buy an membership

14 day or 48 hour trials are just that trials

They dont give you actual gold and only work with limitations usually non ranked matches in the gsmes they were given in
