    Madden 16 with multiple profiles


    I just got an Xbox One and bought Madden 16 from the Store. My son (7 years old) is on my Family account with Microsoft account of his own.

    I created my profile and also his profile on the Xbox. I started playing Madden and after I was done playing for a bit, I signed into my son's account. Instead of starting from scratch in that profile, he was greeted with my game-in-progress. Is this by
    design? Am I doing something wrong? I'd like for him to be able to have his own progress and me, my own.

    To complicate matters, my daughter (who is also in my MS Family account) also wants to play and she will need her own too.

    How do I get this going?

    Had the same issue. Turns out I had to unplug my guitar hero USB. That worked.

    we got an Xbox 1 for Christmas.

    After a few weeks of play, Madden 16 has suddenly started freezing. It gets to the "EA Sports" page and just stops. It isn't the disk b/c it looked fine and then we went ahead and exchanged it anyway.

    Google has not helped because most people's freezing questions had to do with the online rosters freezing at the screen with OBJ on it (I don't get as far as that screen).

    I deleted the game and re-installed it, but that did not help.

    I also unplugged and re-booted the system.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Mine was stuck on the title screen and couldn't use my controller until I unplugged my guitar hero USB.

    Same here...except I freeze at the start screen where it says press any button to continue. Uninstalled, reinstalled, there is no gamertag data to "delete from everywhere" like others have suggested. I even reset to factory settings and reinstalled again.
