Madden 16 deluxe edition code

i bought the xbox one version of madden deluxe and never received a code. I havent received any packs

on November 19 I downloaded Madden 16 super deluxe season edition on my Xbox one. With that purchase I was supposed to receive 44 ultimate team all pro packs. I never received them or any code to redeem for them.

i am not receiving packs . EA says i was suppose to receive a code from you guys, I purchased it digitally.

Could you verify that you purchased the Deluxe Edition through
commerce.microsoft.com? Once you see that purchase, please take a screenshot of it and upload it to OneDrive then shoot me a private message with the link to the image so we can verify that you have purchased the Deluxe Edition.
