Madden 15 want play on my xbox one S please help

If that doesn't help then please provide some more information on what exactly happens.

For example, what happens when you start the game, doesn't it do anything at all or does it show an error code or something else.

Is the game a physical version of the game or a digital copy?

Minor update - my xbox one will not play my Madden 15 either - so now my original disc of Madden 16 gets an (0x80820002) error message while my brand new copy of Madden 16 gets the same message and now the previous version of the game (Madden 15) will not
work while all my other games' discs (MGS5, Fallout 4, ect.) work fine - my xbox officially does not want me to play Madden. I will hesitate to purchase any other future releases of this title because of this odd phenomenon

Depends on what your doing. I tried playing Madden 15 on my xbox one while my kids were playing minecraft on the 360 and no dice. I could play as long as I didn't sign in. It won't let me play Madden Ultimate Team unless I do sign in so....
