mad catz pro racing wheel

I have a mad catz pro racing wheel & padals when I hook it up & turn on the unit the wheel goes to center & has great feed back left & right but that's all it does, also I can push the center button on the wheel & the light does not come on but it turns
on the unit, I hope someone out there can tell me what needs to be done thank you

reinstalled the games, but the steering wheel of Mad Catz Pro Racing Force Feedback Wheel Firmware doesn’t work normally either. After the console is updated 11/07/2018

I own a Fanatec and unfortunately I have to buy a new rim to use it on the One. They have a new lower priced wheel specifically for the One in the works according to their website which if you can wait would be a much better option than a Mad Catz.

The Thrustmaster TX had some issues at launch that have been fixed with firmware updates so even that is a better option. The Thrustmaster also has a clutch pedal setup you can get to replace the one that comes with it and a shifter.

I keep hoping MS will reevaluate their wheel support. None of my wheels are supported by the One yet work with every other platform.

I know there are a few after market racing wheel sets out at the moment

Like the thrustmaster 458 spider racing wheel or the mad catz force feed back racing wheel

Im sure if you wait a wile that fantec will bring one out sooner or later

There are currently two wheels available for the Xbox One from Thrustmaster:

I can understand not wanting to spend a lot of money on a new setup. The TX is expensive (currently $350 on Amazon) but it's the best wheel I've played with. I actually just setup my old Fanatec CSR on Xbox 360 with FM4 the other night and wow did it feel
poor compared to the TX. The TX's feedback is MUCH stronger than the Fanatec and it's smooth as silk. I've played on Logitech G25 and G27 and they always felt "bumpy" to me. The Thrustmaster is strong and smooth and is the best wheel I've ever used.

It was amazing to run the P1 on Nurburgring last night using the TX. I highly recommend it if you're in the market for a wheel.
