    If you can enable some verbose logs on the router you should be able to see the MAC address of the Xbox and if it is blocked or not.

    I have problem trying to connect my xbox one to my wifi network, I choose the right network then I enter the right password and it still says "Can't connect.Check your network name and password and try again" and its the right network and password, I'm getting
    so frustated that I can't connect to xbox live.
