    Seit ungefähr einen Monat habe ich ein problem mit dem Internet auf meiner Xbox.

    Immer wenn ich mein Internet Teste kommt eine Fehler meldung in der steht : ,,Sie müssen zusätzliche

    authentifizierungsinformationen eingeben , um eine Verbindung mit diesem Netzwerk herzustellen.

    Wenn sie über eine alternative MAC-Adresse verfügen , wählen sie ,,Alternative MAC-Adresse eingeben,, aus,,

    AUSWAHL MÖGLICHKEITEN :

    ,,jetzt authentifizieren,,

    oder

    ,,Alternative MAC-Adresse eingeben,,

    Ich brauche dringend Hilfe bei meinen Problem, wenn ich auf das erste Drücke kommt auf einmal ein Browser mehr nicht und stützt dann wieder ab und wenn ich auf das Zweite Drücke kommt nur ein feld wo ich eine Alternative MAC-Adresse eingeben soll obwohl
    ich nicht mal weiß wo die ist oder ob ich eine habe.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. I recommend trying some of the troubleshooting solutions available from the following support articles in order to get connected correctly and resolve the issue:

    Network settings on Xbox One

    Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution << as you stated you got a message when testing your network

    Alternatively, you may try this:

    • Select Settings on the Xbox
    • Select Network
    • Select Network Settings
    • Select Advance Settings
    • Alternate Mac address
    • Select Clear
    • Select Restart

    This step will restart the console. When it reboots, Select
    Network     >Select Network Settings > Set up wireless network.

    Give the solutions a try and please update us with the results.
