    Xbox One WiFi problem

    If you have a router, give the xbox one a static IP address, make sure it's 'doled' out by it's MAC address.

    Do that and if it's still giving you problems like that, toss that static IP on a DMZ.

    ^ I'm not surprised your having issues, if you have your PC on and Xbox on at the same time using the same mac address that will cause problems, mac addresses have to be unique on the network

    Does resetting your router alleviate this problem by any chance? If not, what does your home network set up look like and are you playing over Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If Wi-Fi, can you try connecting via Ethernet cable to see what happens please?
