m/s jigsaw and other games

my m/s jigsaw keeps freezing and won't let me enter or if I get in freezes when I try to move 1 puzzle piece. I tried to download to update my game it won't let me.

How do i fix this?

also, it happens on taptiles periodically

Hi mate try uninstalling and reinstalling the game see if it sorts itself out .

i´m sorry, i think i will not understand.

i don´t want a new cd from microsoft, but the console destroyed my cd, this is my problem!!!

it´s to dangerous for me to test other game-cds.

i know i´m out of warranty and probably it´s to expensive to repair the console.

Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
