    So, bought Modern Warfare digitally. It's still broken and freezes every single game. I request a refund. They won't give me a refund on the game because I had also bought 10$ in-game currency. So now I have to, at M$oft employee advisement no less, contact
    my bank to dispute the charge.

    Multi-billion dollar a year company ladies and gentlemen...

    Sorry man but the refund terms do state that all sales are final. It gives them the ability to choose who to refund. Usually they'll give you your first couple refunds no questions asked. Have you had previous refunds?

    This a good example on way I still buy physical copies of certain games so I can trade them in or sell them to someone else if I don’t like the game. Sorry this happened to you.

    Sadly you have to of played less then 2 hours and bought it within the 2 weeks like steam but as soon you buy somthing like digtal currency it’s like saying you enjoy the game sorry dude.
