Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console back up and running as intended. I can totally understand how this could be an ordeal for someone to deal with, but hopefully after being provided some quality troubleshooting,
we can help resolve it. I suggest trying a soft reset of the console if possible.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues. If your network is easily connected and you know the sign-in info for your
account, follow the steps here on

If you are unable to get to Settings do a soft reset, I suggest trying the steps outlined in our
Troubleshoot startup errors on Xbox One at your earliest convenience.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

Appena clicco per aprire un gioco o un App mi fa aspettare una decina di minuti e alla fine dice che hanno impiegato troppo tempo ad aprirsi quindi non me le fa più aprire. Inoltre non mi permette neanche di accedere al mio account, alle impostazioni o alle
altre schermate. Non so se sia un problema di connessione o della console in generale.
