    Hi all?

    My son has a white Xbox one and wireless controllers. I cannot get his LVL1 headset to work. There is no fault with the headset as it is brand new and I have tested it through my laptop and both earphone and mic work. He did originally use a Turtle Beach
    Recon 50 headset that did work but the mic stopped working. I have since tested the Recon on a laptop after buying the LVL1 and found it is working fine but again does not work through the Xbox

    I suspect he has altered a setting on the Xbox but am at at a loss to fix it.

    This stuff really should be just plug in and play.

    Suggestions please folks.

    Audio popping and crackling in headphones

    Now I have another problem, where my headphones suddenly cut out after lots of popping and crackling, and I have to disconnect and reconnect my headphones. This has happened before, but it is becoming more frequent. I removed all wireless devices such as
    phones and laptops and disconnected them from the internet, and it is still happening, does anyone know what to do, or any technical support?

    Sound problems with the controller

    Hello,

    Firstly, sorry for my English. (i'm not English)

    My problem :

    I'm using a pair of headphones to hear the sound of the game I plug into my Xbox One controller until it's all right except today. Indeed when I plug my headphones I do not hear sounds in my headphones, there is really no sound.

    But I tried to see if it was my headphones that had a problem but no, because they are still functional on other devices (pc, phone etc).

    I did not change anything in the Xbox settings (well, I do not remember it), I did not do anything special.

    Can someone help me please? Thank you

    How to fix greyed out headset chat mixer

    I play on an Xbox 1 S console on controller. It seems that the headset do not work with any of my 3 controllers however they do work with other devices such as my phone. However, I am not 100% sure it is the controllers as they work with any other headphones

    For starters, are they the official gaming headsets?

    They may not work for reasons like:

    • There are headphones that, although they have a microphone, do not work on xbox.
    • The microphone simply does not work (this can be verified on another device, such as your cell phone or recording from your PC)

    Try trying other headphones.

    Are you using headphones on an Xbox console? If so, which one exactly? or are you using it on a PC or Phone? to find out if the problem stems from the device.

    Have you tried the headphones on other devices? to rule out that the fault is in the headset.

    Pay attention to your answers.
