    My xbox one lunar what controllers LT is scraping on something

    I got a lunar white controller a few days ago and when I got it the LT was scraping on something I thought I had to break it in but that didnt work anyone got a fix plz reply or msgs me on xbox @

    Bad customer service experience

    I just had a similar experience. In my case it was just a Lunar White Xbox One controller and not an Elite. The difference is that mine IS under warranty still and they said w/o a receipt from GameStop, they won't help me. Downright refused any assistance
    even though the Lunar White controllers have not even been in retail for 90 days! Just ridiculous.

    lunar client is a third party application that is not endorsed or affiliated with Microsoft, you will need to contact lunar client for help (BE WARNED THEY CHARGE FOR SUPPORT).

    I wonder if the Lunar White controller is the death knell. Lunar white worked for about a day, then hasn't since then. Exchanged the controller 3 times and even went with a normal one, nothing has worked.
