    Hello and a happy new year,

    Lately I'm always getting the errorcode 0x88890023 if I want to watch a video ( .mp4 ). The video then crashes and it throws me back to the last app. In this case WhatsApp. If I choose the video manualy with the vlc player everything is fine. But how can
    i make the vlc my main player if the windows mobile player keeps crashing? Or is there any solution for the problem?

    I hope you guys can help me.

    Changing player's tag from Belarus

    Hello!

    How can I change the player's tag if I am in Belarus? I use XBox app on Microsoft Lumia 650 with Windows 10 Mobile.

    I tried to pay for changing the tag of the player but without success. As a result, I lost money for registering a credit card.

    Hi there chandanswamy welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried this?

    1. Turn off your Xbox using the power button on the console.

    2. Once your Xbox has completely powered down, unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Don't simply unplug the cord from the wall's electrical socket — it must be disconnected from your Xbox.

    3. Wait for 5 minutes, and then reconnect the power cord to both the Xbox console and the electrical socket.

    4. Let another minute pass, just wait out the minute and turn it on afterwards.

    Nice. I'm afraid I won't buy any Xbox consoles in the future, and any Microsoft products for that matter. How do you expect to sell well in Europe, when your console is supported in a handful of countries. And don't get me started on the smartphones.
    The Lumia 650, and Xbox one, are the worst products I have ever invested money in.
