    As for me stating that I should note I don't work for Microsoft, you can see that by looking at my forum card. Microsoft Employees have "Official Support" on their cards. I take on board that you feel my answers are generic but when we all only have the
    same access to the same information then my advice is going to be the same across the board and in other threads.

    We as consumers do expect better. The problem is with Microsoft; not cloud. He is trying to help you as best he can whilst being in the same crappy boat as us. He's a random dude in the forum trying to help you out.

    If you really want to make your point heard you should write to them dude. If it carries on I know I will be....

    According to the service alert page, the problem has been resolved and the service is now operational. Let us know if you have any more problems.

    I had to sign in just to add this to Anti Christ. He's right, if you don't have anything credible to add to a commonly known issue, don't add a vanilla answer that you assume is help.

    Anti Christ, as I said I was playing with my friends when the service alert hit. I came here to help out when I saw the notification. I've given you all the information I can give, hopefully the tech team fix this quickly so you and everyone else can get
    back to gaming and entertainment. No one will be able to provide anymore information that isn't already charted on the service alert page.

    I understand the frustration guys but this is the support forums. People come here for help and assistance. I have no need to apologise on behalf of the service because I am just like you, a gamer. I volunteer my time here to help people out. Yes, I have
    had to give the same advice to other users but that is because they too are suffering from the same problem. Why would I give different advice to other users that have an identical issue? All the same, I know its frustrating but please do be patient until
    the problem has subsided.
