    We pay so much for the console and then pay a sub fee on top of that and it still knackers up all the time, on top of that they fixed the 360 issues in about 10 minutes do you not care about loyal customers anymore or what?

    Spawn update? ( legal boosting?)

    The spawns are awful, even in FFA you can spawn inside someone, it's ludicrous.

    I am assuming you are referring to the current service alert that is up? If so, please keep an eye on the service alert page. The tech team are hard at work trying to resolve the problem. Once they do, you should be able to connect with no further problems.

    Hi there,

    he is just trying to help, so you know where you can check for the latest status of the service alert.

    Nobody wants the service to be down and MS is more then likely doing there best to try and solve the issue.

    Agree 100%, no one wants the service down. I was midway through some games on Forza when it happened lol. Either way, lets hope its a quick fix.

    WPAK, if you look through all these threads you see the same answer over and over again. That will be a copy and paste job if I've ever seen one. I'm looking for a bit of customer service not a robot pressing controlV. Also if you notice there was no apology
    in there, is that too much to ask? Microsoft had better be doing there best to resolve this or they are going to start losing money and thats what will hurt them not a couple of pointless forum threads. If that sounded aggressive in any way it was not meant
    that way just venting

    what he is trying to say is your telling everyone something they already know........check this check that......we know ....... we want to know why people that are on millions of dollars per year cant seem to keep a service online for more than two week........its
    hardly rocket science ...... ive been loyal towards xbox never touched a ps in my life...... but yet I have never felt an erg this strong to just straight get rid of this watered down Nintendo wii u and just get a ps4......... its a joke

    I understand the frustration guys but this is the support forums. People come here for help and assistance. I have no need to apologise on behalf of the service because I am just like you, a gamer. I volunteer my time here to help people out. Yes, I have
    had to give the same advice to other users but that is because they too are suffering from the same problem. Why would I give different advice to other users that have an identical issue? All the same, I know its frustrating but please do be patient until
    the problem has subsided.

  12. So because you 'volunteer' your time to help other gamers means you don't apologize and offer identical information to each person? I'm sorry to say this but then where's the help there then? And what real information are you giving anyway 99.9% of users
    know where to check for the status issues. I'd understand you defending yourself if you worked for them but you're a 'volunteer'. Can you tell me what caused this issue in the first place or an estimated time that it is going to be fixed rather than the same
    message being updated every 30 minutes telling us to wait another 30 minutes. If you 'volunteer' your time and still just say this is frustrating and to be patient I have to assume that you are either angling for a job with them or just are the calmest person
    to have ever lived. BTW 3 hours the service has been out for now

    Antichrist, he's not an employee of Microsoft. He's a random dude like you or me. He didn't have to give you the link or even post in this thread; it's not his job.

    He attempted to help you out off his own back. He's not being paid to help. Show some respect dude, we are all p*ssed off that the service is down but don't take it out on people in the forums.

    Anti Christ, as I said I was playing with my friends when the service alert hit. I came here to help out when I saw the notification. I've given you all the information I can give, hopefully the tech team fix this quickly so you and everyone else can get
    back to gaming and entertainment. No one will be able to provide anymore information that isn't already charted on the service alert page.

    microsoft employee? Seriously no disrespect Cloud but you should make it clear that you do not work for the company in your threads. I just don't get why people are so forgiving to microsoft about this we pay for this service for gods sake shouldn't we as
