    Lucidsound LS35X not pairing with Xbox One X


    Hi all,

    I bought a pair of these 2nd hand yesterday (only 4 months old) and are in perfect condition

    and I don't seem to be able to pair them with my Xbox One X. The guy I bought them from said he

    had no issues. When I press the pair button on the headphones it blinks to indicate it is trying to establish

    a connection, I think press the pair button on the Xbox but nothing happens. Have tried restarting both

    and have also reset the headphones by holding the left and right buttons and connect button. Have also

    updated the firmware to v2.5 on the headphones and have had no success.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    I'm currently having the same issue with my lucidsound LS35X headset and Xbox One X. I posted a similar question yesterday but had no reply. I'm curious if there is a way that pairing can be done via software/app instead of the front button.

    Wireless xbox one headset with wired option

    Hi,

    The LucidSound LS35X is a wireless headset with a 3.5mm audio jack.

    I use a Bose QC35II myself. I can connect it with Bluetooth to 2 devices simultaneously. And for gaming I connect it to the controller with a detachable cable.

    The only thing I cannot do with it is voice chat on the xbox (but im not intended to do that anyway).
