Ls19 Spielabsturz

Hallo Zusammen,

ich hoffe es kann mir Jemand von euch bei meinem Problem helfen.

Seit ca. 1 Woche habe ich das Problem, dass LS19 nach ca. 1 Stunde plötzlich abstürzt. Eine Fehlermeldung wird nicht angezeigt. Das Spiel friert ein und die Xbox One brummt, danach befinde ich auf dem Startbildschirm der Xbox. Das Spiel lässt sich dann wieder
normal öffnen hat jedoch den Fortschritt nicht gespeichert ��.

Ich habe bereits verschiedene Dinge versucht, gespeicherte Spielstände vom internen Speicher sowie aus der Cloud gelöscht, Spiel deinstalliert und neu installiert. Sogar die Xbox inzwischen komplett auf Werkseinstellungen zurück gesetzt. Alles jedoch ohne
Erfolg.

Was kann ich nun noch tun???
