    Cannot use custom Gamerpic.

    So I have recently tried to use a custom Gamerpic. Whenever I go to do it in the Xbox (beta) app, it stops me because it says I have to be 18+. After looking at my info it turns out that the age was set to lower than my current age is. After fixing it, it
    still bars me from submitting a custom Gamerpic. Anyone have any solutions to this problem?

    Custom gamerpic

    I have downloaded the Xbox One (Beta) App for my windows PC and it is not letting me upload a custom Gamerpic. I created my account with a ridiculously low age as a joke and now I see the consequences of my actions, I would like to either have access to
    changing my Xbox live Date of Birth or just uploading a custom gamerpic

    Do not know what country you live in but to my knowledge you have to be considered an adult and in 99.9% of the world that is 18.

    Microsoft spans the globe and as particular rules set in place for different regions that are industry standards...I would give you the same advice to submit ideas...but I am also not going to just send you somewhere to waste your time. Standards like these
    are set in place and rarely ever changed in history. Sorry Lower Age for Custom GamerPic :(
