    Have been experiencing some low Latency issues while playing Battlefield 1. Noticed it, a few days ago. I've unplugged my router & reset it. But none of that seems to work. It continues to stay at 0. If anyone has any solution, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

  3. Help, would be much appreciated

    Hello Xbox live, today has been a stressful day. After a night on my Xbox one playing GTA. I turned my Xbox on this afternoon to find it's stuck on the green load up screen, with the 3 loading dots . Tried everything xbox support agents have suggested ,
    still no luck tried the diagnostic tool, still the same. Has the xbox community any ideas? Help is appreciated. Thanks

    Hey there Xx5treetKiNGxX,

    Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
    • NAT Type

    Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

    • Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
    • After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
    • Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    Is your console getting plenty of ventilation? Also is your latency low, this probably would only effect multilayer.

    Sorry to say I stopped reading at the save an exit part. Once you pressed the save it save where you currently was. Since you were able to get back into that world previously and it was fine, i would have just shut down my console and restarted it. t could
    have been a simple glitch that didn't load the save as it should. Now since its save you cant do anything but work from current save. Sorry this has happened to you. In the future never push the save option if current game play is not right. Or only resave
    if it gives you more than one save option.
