    Low Gpu Usage ( 5% - 0% ) when playing games


    This happened on battlefield 5, i tried low and high settings, tried Future Frame Rendering, Windows Graphic setting, and Nvidia Control Panel, and it heavy on cpu ( 75% ), i tried asking on ea forum but nothing helped. Idk of this windows or my laptop or the games problem

    Sometimes the game freeze when the gpu hits 0 %

    I5 - 1135G7

    MX 330

    Ram 8 Gb 3200 MHz

    Asus X415EP Laptop

    Its can run on minimum settings, according for some websites

    Yeah so after im upgrade to 16 Gb ram dual channel the problem no longer exist, the single ram channel is the problem

    So it's seem like this is an issue with how the game handle the resources

    I think would be better submit this feedback with EA and see if they can finally fix it

    But if you want couple things on your computer, I'm thinking on this:

    1. If you have dual graphics card, try disabling temporarily your integrated GPU (if available) and see how it goes

    2. Try downloading and installing a previous graphics driver version on your PC in case recent one is the one causing the resource management issue

    3. Uninstall the most recent windows update

    4. Check if battlefield 5 is able to use another directx version, probably is using directx12, see if you're able to change it to directx11

    5. If you have knowledge about how to install windows via Bootable USB, create a new NTFS partition (for testing purposes) then install windows 11 (if you're on 10) or do the opposite (windows 10 if you're on 11) and check how the game works on other windows edition

    Yeah this only happening on bf 5, and yeah apex legend run fine with 98 - 100 %, i haven't try any troublshoot yet, someone said on youtube when turning on future frame randering it will increase the gpu but it not work.

    I really want to play it really bad, and yeah i want to refund on steam but my playtime is more than 2 hours.
