    Hello there,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sorry to hear that the issue was not fixed when you sent it in for repair. You may want to consider contacting

    your nearest Microsoft store    . Set up an appointment if they allow the exchange of consoles. Keep in mind, your console would still need to be under warranty to do this.

    My TV has without any doubt the 4K, it's said on the TV manual and on the xbox one x options

    Instead for the HDR it's said on the TV manual and on the tv option that I have HDR (I even have the option turned on on the TV), but I don't know why my xbox one x says that my TV doesn't support it

    The information are :

    HDMI CABLE = E97252-H AWM STYLE 20276 80* C 30 V VW-1 HUNG FU HIGH SPEED HDMI CABLE

    (Those are the information I found on the cable, there was no label or anything except for those ones)

    MONITOR MODEL = Samsung Smart TV 4K UHD HDR

    Model = UE40MU6100K Type No. = UE40MU6100 Version No. = 01 S/N = 0AG73SKJ500051R

    Display settings on the console =

    1) The TV is 4K one and the console support and reproduces the games on 4K with no problems

    2) My TV should support the HDR but for some reasons the console says it doesn't

    3) The HDR+ option is on on the TV options
