    Well I request help since you play in a game of Gears of War 4 in the game that I happen to lose a lot of FPS and much more annoying to ask other players and the same problem solves the problem (it is neither my TV nor my Internet) I await your response

    NO 60 FPS it is done :

    Lowest FPS: 27fps

    Highest FPS: 30fps

    Average FPS: 29.98fps

    PS4

    Lowest FPS: 32fps

    Highest FPS: 60fps

    Average FPS: 53.36fps

    Low FPS?

    It's not the Xbox's fault that Activision can't make a normal game. There are a few games that do indeed run at 60 fps. COD is not one of them. I don't think it ever ran at 60 fps on the 360. The framerate may be capped at 60, with it fluctuating from 30
    to 60, as it does with a lot of multiplatform games.

    If you encounter display resolution issues with your Xbox One console during gameplay, there may be updates available for the game or the device. For us to determine the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Have you tried playing other games and check if the same thing occurs?
    • Have you made any changes to your device or your network hardware before encountering this issue?
    • Is your device connected to a wired or a wireless network?

    In the meantime, we recommend clearing the console's alternate MAC address and persistent storage. Here are the steps:

    Solution 1: Clear MAC Address

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Advanced settings.
    7. Select Alternate MAC address.
    8. Select Clear.
    Solution 2: Clear Persistent Storage

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
    5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
    6. Select Clear persistent storage.

    If the same issue occurs after performing the solutions above, kindly follow the steps provided on this

    link     on how to physically power cycle the console.

    This would be a developer issue. You should contact them instead. Microsoft did not make the game.

    A good thing to make sure you check is if other friends are experiencing similar low fps in the game you are having issues with. Fortnite has been known to have issues in the past, and the xbox live services have nothing to do with it. It is simply the
    developers servers. A game patch usually is pushed out to fix these issues if this is the case.
