Low cut-scene dialog volume.

I recently noticed that the dialog volume during cut-scenes on multiple games I own, for xbox one, is extremely low. Outside of cut-scenes, however, I can hear the dialog from other characters just fine. I googled to see if anyone else was having this issue
and some people have, but they seem to think that it's attributed to their recent game purchase. But it would only make sense that this occurs to multiple games if the sensor reading the disc were to do so incorrectly in a consistent fashion. Is there any
way to fix this issue without sending in my xbox? Please respond.

5.1 Surround Sound Doesn't Work Properly on Xbox One

sorry for triple posting but yes i just tested the 5.1 option on battlefield 4 and the master chief collection and the cut scene dialogues are so low volume and in the background whereas when im playing the game i actually feel that my rear speakers are
working correctly now with bullets whizzing past me picked up by my rear speakers, this is definitely not there in stereo uncompressed but how do i fix the cut scene volume?

Bioware is working on Dragon Age 3!

i hope they keep the faster combat, voiced cut-scenes with radial dialog wheel, and the whole general story and mythos, which is a bit of a no brainer.

I am having the same issue, and my Xbox One is brand new from Microsoft! Halo 5, Thief, etc. has muffled low volume during cut scenes, but the rest of game play is fine. I have found others asking the same question, and none have been answered by Microsoft.

I figured it out! Audio settings for the Xbox and the TV/stereo/whatever you're getting sound through, need to be the same. If one is set on center channel, but you don't have a center channel speaker, it will sound muffled with low volume. If there is
no center speaker, they both need to be on Stereo instead of 5.1 or 7.1 surround.

For some reason the voices during movies or cut scenes are extremely low. If I adjust my volume they don't change and everything else goes up or down. I tried changing my audio settings and nothing works. If I put it on mono then everything works as it should but the overall volume is still low.

Are you using a wireless headset plugged into the controller? I find that, without an audio adapater, the general volume level is pretty poor, whether it be through my expesnive headset or my cheap in-ear headphones
