Low audio when recording with xbox game bar

This happens in every game I have tried to record. I have tried setting the system recording volume to the max and still did not solve the problem. The output of my friend's audio is the same as the output of the audio of the games, which are both my headset.

To isolate the issue:

The volume of your headset seems to be low has this been maximize before and did the issue persist?

Would you mind unplugging your headset and allowing your friend's audio and game's audio come through the speakers of the PC while recording?

Is your Discord's Settings set up on Attenuation in 0% and When others speak turned on?

Well, bombarded with loud sound is not good and not advisable. But, would you mind confirming if you can try this:

• Do not wear your headset.
  
• Join any game and while you are on the game's lobby. Put your headset on full volume.
  
• Press Windows + G and start recording.
  
• If you can, please speak to your friend (from Discord) to check if the issue persist.
  
• Test recording should not last longer so you may play with your friend with the headset in low volume.
  

If you don't mind, please provide your headset's make and model.

I have tried to set everything to what you have showed, however I cannot set the output volume for my headphone to max because then the audio will be way too loud for my ears. I tried with other headphones and both are already pretty loud when I set my output volume to around 8/100 only.
