    Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime promotion


    Hi all,

    Last month I renewed my xbox live gold subscription through an ad in the dashboard that promised the game "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime" as a free reward. I've been billed for the renewal but have not received any further messages about downloading the
    game. This is pretty disappointing as you could understand.

    I've seen there are a few other people online running into this issue. One guy said his payment didn't go through until after the promotion, even though he went through the dash ad to do it. If this is the case he shouldn't have been able to participate
    in this promo in the first place, if he was that close to the cut off time.

    Anyway would really appreciate some help in this matter.
