Lovers in a dangerous spacetime live gold promotion - attempt 3

Third attempt at posting this since the last posts were locked by @mistermaka and @miss Bijoux without resolution. Since my son can't post due to age i'm posting on his behalf. We signed up for live gold and should get a promo code for lovers
in a dangerous spacetime. His xbox name supert345. Since there was an issue with the promo when we signed up, the support person, Jhazz, told me to post on this forum to ensure we get the code for the game download. Miss Bijoux posted on August 15 that you
confirm eligability and a message had been sent to supert345's xbox live account. To date we have not received the code via a message to either mine or my sons account.
I repeat that the forums say that due to my sons age he CANNOT post on this forum so I am posting on his behalf!
