loved xbox for 11years

hi i am a 11 years player on xbox one and more on the 360 allways loved xbox i played for mlg and told all my mates to get this over the ps4 Till today i have been on there site for 3 hours looking for someone to help me my son was playing halo wars most
will know this game when his mate in the game left coz the of there other team mate who they did not know so he then follow and left the game he them got a message from this guy saying he sucks and he a *** he didnt reply and reporting him he carry on whiting
nasty stuff to him and my son carried on reporting then he turned and then he join a party and said to my son he mate works for xbox and he can say what he wants and he going to get us banned my son reply what for i have done nothing and kicked him out the
party and massage saying f off 1st part of him being rude then my son got banned and got a message from the guy saying ha ha your banned I WILL LOVE FOR THIS TO BE SEEN BY MANY AS NO ONE WANTS TO HELP IT NOT HOW YOU ACT ON XBOX IT WHO YOU KNOW

I am not sure what you are wanting here? If you have blocked/reported this individual then you have done everything necessary. Just let the process take it course. You can be assured that individual did not work for Xbox. People misrepresent themselves
all the time.

enforcement.xbox.com/home You ca also submit a case review if the ban is eligible.

Just remember never respond/retaliate in any way.

 

he was banned from chat and i cant do a case review as it wont let me IF this guy did not work or know anyone in xbox how did he not get banned for 5days but i got banned with in 24 hours from me saying anything bk and how did he know i got banned i am upset
as i have read all the rules my son was not in the wrong

 

Any report your son has had filed against him would be investigated which takes time so he would of been suspended for something he did days,weeks or even months ago.

No one from Microsoft.Xbox would ever tell you that they work for Microsoft/Xbox over live so this person was not telling the truth.

The enforcement team would never tell you over live that you are getting suspended or banned either.

If you reported this individual then they will be investigated.

 

he was banned for that chat as i have been told my xbox but even they dont know why but i cant be asked with this no more i just think it bad how you can get banned and not told why and i think they need to find away for you to be able to fight your side

 

You're told why in the email sent to you & on the enforcement site.

You can also "fight your side" by asking for a case review.

The only reason you can't do this on a 24 hour suspension is because by the time the case is reviewed the suspension would be over.
