    Love XB but really frustrated. Give me an actual solution to my problem.


    So my warranty expires in a few weeks. Their policy is that you can't add the extended warranty after 45 days. This is insane. My X1 has a minor issue and I would let it go if I could extend the warranty but it could become a bigger issue down the line.
    So instead of me paying MS $70 for the extended warranty and just continuing on I'll have to RMA it, and MS will have to pay to ship, fix, and ship back. During this time I have no X1 which runs my living room. Great plan Microsoft. Now I have to reconfigure
    everything, pack it, and wait.

    Add to the fact Xbox Live is always broken since X1 was released. I've been a gold member for over twelve years and spent $720 on online access alone. Add the consoles, accessories, and everything else I've spent my fair share. I do all the betas, the
    original XBL beta, everything under the sun. I'm a XB/MS fanboy and actually love it but I really want a better outcome. The solutions offered are just subpar and I'm frustrated.

    Maybe it's my fault for buying from the Microsoft Store and not local where I could get an exchange warranty. Regardless, I'm at this point and want to resolve it in a way that I don't have to redo my entertainment center and be without an X1 because they
    didn't bolt or solder something correctly internally. The 360 had RROD issues but XBL was a rock, now the my X1 has issues and XBL is always degraded. I'll end my rant now. How about a better solution to this issue Xbox team!

    Is there any way to uninstall this new preview?

    Okay, the preview itself seems well and all, but I'm already over being isolated from the rest of my friends list. I cannot invite anyone I normally play with because I've downloaded the preview and they did not. As of right now I have not been given a solution
    to this problem and cannot seem to find a way to remove it from my xbox. Really frustrated with this and would love to get off the little island I have been thrown onto by this update.

    Unable to make purchases via xbox one store

    ....also, forgot to mention I have also changed my password.

    Here is something that is really interesting too.

    I actually canceled my XBL service, and when it canceled and gave me instructions to renew, I went in and added the payment method for XBL Gold. The payment went through with no issue. I then went back into the XB store on XB1 and tried to make a purchase
    with the same creit card, and was rejected.

    Kind of funny/interesting/sad that XB/MS has no problem charging my credit card without issue for their XB gold service but won't resolve my XB store payment service issue to buy products/content from other developers

    Lol, I like cherries but hate voice messages. My problems are that my cat Loves the XB1 and it's hard for me to say no, she is a big cat. The other is that I still have game crashes, not frequently but sometimes right at the crucial moments of playing. Comparing
    to xb 360, I really did hate the "Blades" interface.

    If it's not goth from the old crowd! I'm at work and have no sound etc etc, But this original Xb games, surely they will be playable on the original XB1? I mean the Xb was merely a custom celeron with an exploding psu ;) I'd love to play original xb games
    again, Sony have the PS2 titles now on PS4 and that's been a blast. I have actually kept my original XB games, it was an awesome console.
