Love and Hate Jigsaw

I am an author and I do jigsaw puzzles to clear my head when I get stuck on my book. I don't mind the ads, however, the app keeps crashing. I like to complete a set before moving to a new set but I get a few puzzles into a set and the app closes completely.
I find it frustrating and it's becoming counter productive for me. I really like the format and the ease of use, but really hate that it keeps closing down. I do not want to have to find a new program, but I'm just about to that point. Is there anything you
can do to fix this app? If not, I will find something different.

Why are there no new puzzles in the jigsaw jam

I love the microsoft jigsaw games but am very disappointed that there have been no new jigsaw jam puzzles added, I've gone through all of them and would like some new challenges

Really sorry to hear the app crashing troubles, does this only occur when it's trying to load an ad? Or is it just at random? Be sure you have a constant connection if this is occurring with ads, as it's possible your internet connection might be interfering
with loading the ads. Also, since this began, have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your PC, and reinstalling it to see if there's any change? If not, give that a go

I cant put this game down even though every time i join a game its on the loosing team without enough time to change over to the winning side. I enjoy playing with randoms, i get to do my thing...... I dont love this game the way i did BC2 all of the attachments
kill it like someone said about the flashlights???? Really how come your bullet proof when you have a flash light on? Frag rounds??? boy are they fun to use but you know the beef with them......

I had to return a game already from GamFly because i cant take this out of my xbox its a shooter I play on big boards mostly i play it the way i like to play it 1 thumb up for new game 1 thumb down for the CQ maps.
