    Man, I've just about had it with my Xbox 360... Been having this issue since December 2014, which would explain why I've barely been online since then.

    I have both the 360 and a PS3 connected via Ethernet to a WUMC710 AC1300 wireless bridge. I also have my router (the second since the problems started in 2014) configured to port forward the two recommended ports that always come up for discussion, not to
    mentioned that I have the 360 at the top of the QOS list on the router as well. The PS3 NEVER gives me problems, and downloads are ridiculously fast (even over wireless with Xfinity cable Internet, my speed tests usually average about 22Mbps Down on my PC).
    The Xbox? When it powers on, I usually get the message that I have no internet connection, so I have to run the connection test. I usually have to run it once or twice, and sometimes even have to reboot the router. Once that's done, It usually takes about
    a minute before I get to the dashboard after signing in. If I DON't get disconnected randomly, I usually have to select tiles on the dashboard more than once to actually see the content I select. The April "Games with Gold" video on the Home tab? I had to
    select it 5 times to see the video - it just kept going back to the tile screen. Even simply viewing the screenshots for games in the marketplace sometimes take forever to load up... SCREENSHOTS!

    Even laughable is the fact that when I run the network performance test, my DL speed is recorded as .01 Mbps, despite a 92ms ping. The fact that I never have problems with the PS3 connected to the SAME wireless bridge should be proof enough that it's not
    my wireless network or the components the Xbox is running through. I THOUGHT that connecting it over Ethernet would resolve my problems, but it has made no difference (this all started when I was connected via the built in wireless adapter).

    Has ANYONE got a solution to this problem?! If it wasn't for the fact that getting a new Xbox 360 is near impossible now, I would have chucked it out the window by now! So frustrating... Seriously, though - I have a pretty large Xbox 360 library, and it
    sucks that I can't enjoy the console. Any help would be appreciated.

    This could possibly be an issue with your connection speed, if no errors are showing up in the LIVE Connection Test. If you're still experiencing this issue, please run a connection speed test from your PC, and post the results here. Thanks!

    Since dashboard update I have connectivity issues.

    Since I updated to the new dashboard I have had connectivity issues while playing Left 4 Dead 2. I teleport all over the place and cant pick up items. Sometimes I even get disconnected from games. None of this happened before the update. I have my Xbox wirelessly
    connected to my router and I tested the connection - the connection is ok. My upload speed is .47mbps and my download speed is about 4.9 mbps which is the same before I updated to the dashboard. Since l4d2 is the only online game that I have I cannot test
    the connection with another game. Is anyone experiencing a similar problem??

    Xbox lag

    just because you have a good connection to the isp does not mean you won't have a lousy ping to the game servers. don an external speed test to see what your getting ping wise.

    Hi there!

    I assume that you're still able to access the console's dashboard depsite the update error?

    My suggestion here aside from performing an offline system update is to try a different network connection. You could try to connect with your mobile data hotspot if it would work.
