Loud vibrate and buzzing sounds on my Xbox One S controllers

Hey,

couple months ago when I bought my Xbox One S console, my controller started to do a very noticeable loud sound while vibrating/rumbling. It made that beep -kinda sound and it was clear there were something wrong inside my controller. Well after a couple
weeks with support I got the new one and it worked like charm. Well, now it has came back and it can be heard on both of my controllers. (I bought a new one while waiting for another) I've tried everything there were possible; changing brand new batteries,
doing updates on controllers, resetting console etc. Is there something I'm missing here ?

Fan noise

I'm noticing a slight buzzing/clicking sound coming from my Xbox One S fan. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? It isn't obnoxiously loud, just very annoying.

Battlefield Xbox One S Military Green Controller Help

Hello, I've had the Battlefield Xbox One S 1TB Bundle for almost 2 weeks now and recently noticed the Military Green controller is a lot louder than my old controller. This occurs whenever the controller vibrates in a game. Instead of being a soft rumble/vibration
like my old controller, it makes a loud buzzing noise that can be louder the games themselves. I'm not sure if this is an intended feature or if something is broken inside the controller. Looking for help and answers, thank you for reading!

Hello, I own two xbox one s controllers also, which both of them make a little noise when vibrating on higher level and that's frustrating when you're 100% silent.

I feel bad for the money I paid for this controllers while it shouldn't have this kind of problems ofc!

my xbox one controller vibration is so loud it wakes people up in the next room please help it sounds dreadful

I did and the one i got yesterday seems to be a tad better it still sounds like the fan is vibrating against something inside but i don't know if its normal since it's not exactly buzzing loud

So, as some of us know, the vibrate function on the Xbox One cannot be controlled. Of course that needs to be added. But, ontop of that issue, my controllers' vibration function is insane. It is extremely loud(whirring, buzzing, beeping) and invasive. This
is a hardware issue that needs to be fixed.

I called Xbox to complain and all they could offer me is a shipping label to send my controller to them. So I rushed out and found an Xbox in my town (difficult) just to send away the one controller it comes with? Come on...

I found a YouTube video with the exact same noises as mine, but I can no longer find it. Has anyone found a fix for this?
