Loud noise while operating a CD

hey guys xbox one produce a very loud noise while operating the CD and keep produce this noise while is reading and even after i shut off my console. I have to eject the cd to end this noise. What is that mean ?hard ware need to be replace please help
me

Loud noise from CD drive while reading

The Xbox One usually makes a noise when you start a game/app which means that the hard drive is working which causes the loud noise, it slows down afterwards when you're playing the game/app

Check the disc you are using for scratches or other damages and try to play another disc in your disc driver. If the issue persist you should send your console for repairs:

no scratch appear , sound is persist on every CD

Is there any chance there has been a "foreign object" inserted into the drive? If not chances are your drive will need repair. Send it in if it is under warranty. If you have no warranty (or just don't want to mess with MS) it could be the spindle motor
which spins the disc, could be the alignment of the drive, or could be the magnet that holds the disc in place. A simple fix may be to just replace the whole drive, but some soldering is involved. These guys have helped me before in the past.

No loud noise's for me maybe it's just the CD is old and your xbox is having a hard time reading it
