    Loud noise when switching from game to TV channels


    Hi,

    Just changed from Xbox one to Xbox one X. When I switch from playing a Game or Hulu, Netflix to regular TV there is a huge static/fuzzy noise for a couple of seconds. It is the same noise that you hear when you loose a TV signal. Please help, never had this
    noise on my old Xbox one.

    XBOX ONE will not work.

    I posted my update way too soon. After playing my game for about 15 minutes, I heard a loud noise from my speakers and the TV went to black screen again.

    I also noticed that I was getting more, and longer black screens when switching channels than before. Possibly due to input resolution changes? I.e switching from HD to SD channels.

    Loud noise when switching from game to TV channels

    I had this problem on my original model Xbox One and found that resetting all my hdmi connections fixed the issue for me.

    I changed the HDMI cable that came with Xbox 1. That fixed the issue. Thank you for your help.

    Whats worse is when someone uses the Kinect, does voice commands, has their TV speakers too loud, and you got loud music in the background, and they don't change their Kinect settings to cancel out background noise by a certain %.
