Loud noise when insert the disk / Nobody came to take my X.O

Hi.. i call to suport many times to came and take my xbox one to repair but nobody apears to take my XO. please after many call's i don't know what way to follow.

I talk serveral times to support by phone but nothing happens. sometimes they say that the problem is with the carrier but nobody came to my home e take the XO to fix the problem.

The problem is:

*****When i place a game disk in my XO the blue-ray drive imite a noise and the game is not recognized.*****

Console making loud noise from fan

When I insert a disk its making a crazy loud fan noise and it's not reading my the disk? WHAT THE HELL!

Disk is stuck in DVD drive along with loud grinding noise

I know when the Xbox one first came out, some people have had the problem with their Xbox one making a loud grinding noise and not reading games. My problem is similar to that, but slightly worse. My Xbox has been working fine since the day
i bought it, which was a day after it came out. But just yesterday, i put in a copy of Titanfall, then it made this loud grinding noise and said insert disk on the dashboard. When i try to eject the disk it makes another loud grinding noise and doesn't come
out. I tried resetting the Xbox by holding down the button for 10 secs then turning it back on, didn't work, i still get the noise. I just want to see if anyone here has had the same problem and if so, how they fixed it before i contact an employee to help
me. My Xbox is on a stable, flat surface, and i clean it regularly. I just don't know what could have caused the disk to get stuck in there.

Phone support does not arrange the pick up for you. It is up to you to do so. When you call for a repair or click the link below to set up a repair you need to print the label that is provided (when you use the link) or emailed (when you call support)
then contact the delivery agent listed on the label and arrange for them to pick up the console at your door.

If you are experiencing a loud grinding noise when a disk is inserted into your console you shouod visit

Is it only doing it when you insert the disc or the whole time? How loud is it?

If it’s worrisome or bothersome take it back and exchange it. It should be making any noise and especially a grinding noise.

My Xbox doesn't make any noises when I'm playing system games like Minecraft or Doritos Crash Course but when I insert my disks into the console it makes a weird vibrating noise and doesn't read the disk. Any suggestions?
