    Hello,

    On a fairly consistent basis, there is a loud, repetive electronic beeping noise that is coming from my Xbox one when watching Netflix. There is no disc in the drive, so I don't think it is mechanical. I tried clearing any vents to get rid of dust, but it
    is still happening.

    Xbox beeping and ticking noise

    The sound it’s makingLately my sons Xbox has been making a very loud beeping and ticking noise. The beeping is very loud and then the ticking sounds like an overheated engine. While I don’t think
    it is overheated or has anything to do with the fan, but more likely the hard drive. This problem has been happening for awhile now, to the point where the Xbox isn’t useable. It’s just too loud, and the Xbox takes a long time to load anything. It is only
    about 7 months old, it is a Xbox One S 1tb. Here is what it sounds like.

    Mad beyond compare

    I went out and buy a brand new power block and all I get is a loud wind sound and a red dot but beyond that it refuse to turn on but still makes the beeping sound I need help asap

    Do you still have a warranty on the console? You may need to contact live support and report it.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Thanks for reaching out buddy!

    its not uncommon for this to happen, longer boot up times means it was either disconnected from the mains or from the internet and its getting the info it needs before loading up.

    If the fan is making a noise this is due to dust build up on the blades.

    the deep is letting you know its booting up.

    i don’t find anything out of the miss but if you ain’t happy and it’s still in warranty either send it in for repair or replace it.
