Loud constant beeping noise and crackling out of headset

So, I just got some brand new wired headphones for some reason I have been hearing some super loud ear piercing beeping noise. I am currently on a Xbox Series X. It will either cut the audio out, be a constant beeping for a few seconds, or beeping a few times and stop. I tried a different controller, tried wireless and wired, tried my old headset(yes I have the wire plugged in all the way and everything), even had some wireless headphones and they did it too, but didn't like them so i returned them. I cleared my mac address, messed with the audio settings, like windows sonic, stereo uncompressed, etc. I also even switched back to the TV I was using before I got my new monitor and it happens still. Tried resetting my xbox and is still there. It never happens when I don't have headphones in either. I don't have anything else near it besides my pc which is off if my xbox is on and they aren't close to each other. My mic monitoring is all the way down and the sound is still extremely loud and I have very sensitive ears, got a few ear/headaches from it. I really need some help with it. I have been dealing with this for almost a year and a half.

Edit: This is also a repost and I did find out that ONLY. with Destiny 2 this noise/crackling or whatever happens. NO other game I tried causes this problem. Call of Duty, Minecraft, and a few other games I tried don't do it at all. I used to have a cheapo headset for years and it NEVER happened until now. It could even be the console, but idk.
