Loud chirping fan noise from a brand new Xbox One S & sticky A button on a new controller

Hi!

I ordered a brand new, white Xbox One S 1Tb console and got it set up yesterday after picking it up from mail. I was greeted with a quite a shock right when I first booted up the system, as the fan makes this quite unhealthy sounding, chirping noise. Took
a short video to demonstrate the sound, I'll link it to the post. To me, it sounds like there's either a swarm of locust living inside my new console, or the bearings could be off.

Is this sound normal, or is it time to contact the warranty repairs?

The other problem is with the controller. If I press the A button even slightly off the center, it will get stuck for couple of seconds. Haven't spilled anything on it, was that way right from the package. I will not open the controller or try to fix it
with cleaning alcohol, as it is brand new and I don't want to mess up with the warranty. Anyone else here had this kind of problem? This is my first Xbox One and I have to say that I'm quite disappointed with QC of Microsoft. Owned two Xbox 360's back in the day and had zero problems with them.

Xbox One is chirping

i have the same problem with the chirping noises, the chirping was not there when i first got the xbox one but after a wyl now it starts making the noises. the fan seems to be loud off and on.

 

my brand new xbox is making alot of noise

I just got a brand new xbox one and it keeps making a buzzing or loud fan noise when on and it carries on when turned off, anyone know how i can fix this?
