Loud buzzing sounds

Xbox one games down it when I start to play them it buzzes and the crashes sending me back to the home screen

This is happening to me too. Does yours have a loud buzzing sound when it freezes in campaign?

It sounds like the motor that spins the disk is either dirty or damaged. I would recommend you see if your warranty is valid and get it repaired.Info for how to do so can be found at

Hey mate, if you believe the system to be making an irregular noise, I suggest either taking it back to where you bought it (if still within return period) or send it through the repair centre here:

Doesn't sound like anyone will be able to help much here.

 

Before you do that, I would try holding down the Xbox logo on the front of your console until it shuts down and restart it and try again. If that doesn't work, do the same, but unplug the power cord from your console for 5 minutes. Those steps will fix your
issue most of the time. Please post back whether it worked or not.

 

Thanks for the help I tried to restart and it didn't help so I am going to take it into Microsoft and see if can be fixed
