    Hello, I would unplug sounds like it was damaged due to power outage. You dont want it to start any electrical fires.

    Personally I wouldnt use the console either. You have no real way of knowing if the console was damaged also. I dont want to say buy a new power brick and it still be something wrong with console too. Electrical issues are really funny.

    How loud is your power brick?

    There's been a constant buzzing noise on my brick. Not a loud one, just something you'll hear if you're next to it with no TV/radio on. It's apparently normal and several people report the same. After all, there is power in it when it's on insta on mode
    and there is a fan keeping it cool or so I've heard. If it's actually loud then you should contact support but slight background noise is normal for it.
