Loud buzzing angry sound and game free and kick out to XBox home.

What do I do? I've been playing Fallout 4 since it's release and about a week ago it began making this terrible angry buzzing sound, freezing and crashing the game. Yes, I have downloaded mods, but I tried uninstalling each of them and restarting. Even
from an earlier pre-mod save it's still freezing,and crashing. HELP!!

Xbox One HDD buzzing sound

Picked up a new kinect free console yesterday. Set it up but it started making a loud buzzing sound from the hdd after the initial system update. I returned this unit and tried another one.

This next unit does the same thing. Basically if you're on the home menu the buzzing sound starts. But here is where it gets weird. If you start any game from the hdd the buzzing stops. However return to the home menu and quit the game and the buzzing resumes.
Curiously enough if you just suspend the game to the home menu the buzzing doesn't restart. Only when you quit will it begin again.

Normal operation or a defect? Kinect free console with good ventilation. Any advice/info is much appreciated!

 

Power supply buzzing noise

Normally, the sound is a lot less noticeable. But, I started watching Netflix after an episode of a show, the sound got disturbingly loud and annoying. The buzzing sound is louder than my TV at a normal level, it's painful. The only thing that drowns it
out is loud enough music. Help! Any suggestions? ):

 

This issue is happening to many people with Fallout 4, a beast of a game yet very buggy . Perform a hard reset, delete your saves locally, unplug for 30 seconds, keep gaming!
