LOTS of problems

  1. LOTS of problems


    Not sure if everything is connected...but it seems like it. using day one console

    within the past week, I've had the following issues:

    disc didnt eject after the 1st try, made the eject sound, no disc eject

    titanfall froze during 2 different games, frozen image on screen, weird buzzing sound came through the tv speakers. pressed the home button, then reselected titanfall tile, back at titanfall main menu

    xbox record that- the last 2 clips ive made do not play sound when i go to view them in my clips. also when trying to watch them on smartglass (iphone5) there is no sound. all my previous clips play sound on my x1 and smartglass

    I've done a hard reset (disconnected all cords), cleared the mac address and cleared persistant storage 3x. Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated!

    Im going to have to call them in that case, because if i decide to turn auto renewal off, it asks me to get my parents email and pass, but i cant get them. So im screwed.

    This is an account related question. If MS thinks the account is compromised then there is a hold on it and your parents or you (if 18+) will have to contact Xbox support:

    Sounds like hardware issue to me. Best to contact Microsoft for replacing your console. And also if you have warranty through the store you but it at you can go through that route for faster replacement.

  5. Thanks, i've contacted support. They told me to do those steps.... sound on clips is back for now.

    here
