I'm just looking forward to seeing what E3 brings in terms of features and games. Then I can check out what's coming, make a few pre-orders for the winter and just enjoy what games are on offer. Additional services are a bonus but I don't really need them
all that much.

 

You know what would be a slap in the face for Sony? If Microsoft started streaming Xbox 360 games for Xbox one a month like games for gold free of charge. And you get to actually keep them. That my friend will win the whole console war.!!

I think what some 40 something year old MS executive thinks is cool and what most of the younger generation thinks is cool is TWO different things...i wont hold my breath for these "cool" announcements.

Only really because of the high price I think. After a few Christmases pass every kid in every high school has got a console whereas not all adults play games. I think the 20s is the prime time really. I'm 20 and although I've been gaming for well over 10
years, only now have I hit a situation (employed) where I can afford to keep up with the latest trends and consoles.

I have seen other surveys showing that the average age is even higher and the Playstation average age is older then Xbox but I think it's all a bit of sketchy info.

 

That's very interesting data. When I was a kid games were for kids and all adults frowned upon them. Now obviously that seems to be turning upside down.
