Lots of confusion on what Game Sharing content can be shared and where it can be shared

I'm new to Xbox and for Xmas I bought the Minecraft Master Collection for my 8 year old daughter who's a big Minecraft fan. Not knowing better I redeemed the game codes to my account and now my daughter can't access any of the DLC or Minecoins. I
didn't think this was going to be a problem since we both use the same Xbox system and it's our home system. However after much research I learned that some DLC including Minecraft must be applied directly to an account. I've contacted Microsoft supported
and they can't or won't remedy the mistake. So now I'm going to have to rebuy the Minecraft DLC and Minecoins for my daughter Xmas present. I think Microsoft is trying to do something good by allowing people share content between devices however there's
just a lot on confusion about what can be shared and where it can be shared. Microsoft could do a better job educating people on these features and be more flexible on being able to remedy peoples mistakes like mine.

Sure, how about when you purchase account based content a popup warning explaining its tied to an account. They could also empower their customer service agents to rectify situations like mine. I contacted Microsoft customer service as soon as i realized
my mistake.

As for that stuff not being shared. That is because it is content bought "In game" Stuff that you spend on a in game store can not be shared because it could easily be used to game the system.

One example of a odd game is the ESO game. The expansions of that game are not shareable.

However if you have an idea on how they can make it more clear feel free to post it here.

You can game share but unfortunately in game content can't be shared.

Share games and downloadable content purchased from Microsoft Store with anyone else who signs in on your console. You can even share games downloaded as part of a subscription.

What can’t be shared

Account specific items may not be able to be shared. Some examples are:

In-game content purchased within the game with in-game currencies like Minecraft Skin Mashups or Halo REQ packs
In-game currency such as Minecraft Coins

Certain pre-order bonuses and special edition content falls into these categories, so you may not be able to share those items as they can only be redeemed once from the account of the person who purchased
