LOTR Two Towers

I purchased this last year (double checked my order history) through xbox video but has now vanished from my film list, tried refreshing list and reinstalling app with no effect, also checked same app on my phone and it IS showing but will not let me play
it, also the film is showing in the store but only for rent, of which i thought was strange

I loved Two Towers and was disappointed it wasn't compatible with 360 BUT if you want a similar experience for a good price the Lord of the Rings:Return of the King game for the original XBOX is compatible and plays in the 360 and plays very similar to the
Two Towers...I bought it on Amazon for around $5 to $6 bucks and it's a blast in co-op.

Super odd to hear. To check, did you purchase the movie while in a different region or has your account been the same since you purchased it? Are you able to verify the purchase shows up on
account.microsoft.com as well?

 

No, I have not changed regions, nor has my account altered

It shows being purchased on the 19th July 2015
